This is an expensive and spacious campsite featuring new facilities, although there are few bathrooms available. I wonder if this will be adequate during the high season. There is a sauna and a cooking-barbecue area, but otherwise, there are limited amenities. The surroundings are not very inspiring. What is definitely unacceptable is that you must pay 50 cents for TWO minutes of shower time, despite the hefty overnight rate.

We were traveling with a motorhome, the campsite in Gilleleje is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are super clean, we could choose a spot, which was shown to us in advance by the very friendly owner, everything was explained, he also gave tips for restaurants in the area, as well as for beautiful cycling tours. The site is absolutely recommended, the beautiful fishing village of Gilleleje can be reached by bicycle in 10 minutes. We will definitely return.
