Mixed impression. The area feels like it's still under construction or somewhat cluttered, which is certainly contributed to by the ruins of a historic building near the reception, which is used as a storage place for gas bottles. The upper part of the area is very quiet with a nice view. Sanitary facilities are good. A good overnight stop for a journey along the south coast.
