Very nice weekend... We were kindly welcomed at the reception. The groundskeeper showed us to our plot and explained and demonstrated everything important. Everything was very quickly accessible from our pitch. There is also a great playground for children with a water feature. The beach and the lake add to a wonderful holiday feeling in warm temperatures. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely return.

First of all, a note that during our stay the bathing lake was closed due to blue-green algae, and therefore there was very little going on. Additionally, the kiosk/restaurant was closed due to illness. The pitch for transit campers is nicely located within view of the lake and directly next to the men's sanitary building as well as the kiosk/restaurant. It is only a few meters to the lake. The toilets and showers look freshly renovated and are very clean. Transit campers receive a key for the showers and were allowed to use them from 6 AM to 10 PM. The bathing lake looks very nice, with towels hung over the beach in some places, allowing for shaded sitting areas. Additionally, you can sit under trees in a small forest at the other end of the site. The playground by the lake is modern, and there is also a water playground right next to it, which however was closed due to the blue-green algae. The staff were extremely friendly. The trash cans were emptied daily. We had no problem with noise or similar disturbances at night. Furthermore, the campsite has a kitchen with sinks (free) and hotplates (coin-operated), washing machines (coin-operated), and a chemical toilet disposal (free). Gray water can be disposed of on-site at the drain near the exit. There is a lot to discover nearby: bathing lakes, outdoor pools, and beautiful towns. We rode our bikes a lot and can only recommend the surroundings for excursions. Sometimes planes from Frankfurt fly over the campsite, but this did not bother us. We and our children were extremely satisfied and we would love to come back.

I don't even know where to start....;-( I would prefer to give no stars ;-( We used to go there more often, but we have been disappointed again and again in the last 2 years. We were camping there 14 days ago with friends and children, and I thought it was just because the caretaker was in a bad mood in the evening. But what we experienced a few days ago was the crown of it all. 1. We were not allowed to talk outside after 10 PM because we were constantly told we were too loud.... So please, we didn’t have any music on and I was having a conversation with my mom (64) and other campers outside in front of the tent. Even our little ones, aged 3 and 5, didn’t notice anything. 2. The next day, we purposely walked further away towards the forest at the volleyball court and even there we were followed and told to be quiet. (Even there, we didn’t have any music on!) 3. You couldn’t really go to the toilet in the evening either because the caretaker followed you to check if you were too loud. In the end, I felt like I was in jail and not on vacation. 4. The showers are closed at 10 PM, even though every camper has a key. I found this outrageous because there was no possibility to quickly shower the children/babies late in the evening or at night if something went wrong. 5. The fact that the caretaker said things like: For example, I don’t like your voice, I found really just offensive ;( Unfortunately, this time it was not a vacation but just disappointing. You pack your things for days and just want to relax for a few days. I understand that there is a quiet time on a campsite, BUT that you can’t even talk to grandma is really sad :-(. We have been camping for years, but we have never experienced anything like this. We and our friends will not be visiting the campsite again. Also, the staff and I/we come from the industry, so I can judge this very well; it was really not friendly ;-(. They don’t really respond to requests or questions. You almost had to beg :-( Positive: The beach is always clean and the sun sails in the non-swimmer area are also priceless. The toilets and showers are cleaned daily/often. The playground is also great, and all the other campers were really very friendly and nice. Quote for us: There are also other nice campsites :-)

Relatively simple square. The positive aspect is its location directly by the lake with a beach area. Otherwise, it is very loud during the day. The restaurant is right in front of the squares, which can also be a bit louder in the evenings. Great for children, unfortunately the water playground is currently out of order.

We have been there several times and keep coming back. Very clean lake, there are also some opportunities for the children to let off steam.
