Nicely located campsite. Unfortunately, it is completely shaded by trees and you hardly get any sun at your site. Staff are sometimes not very friendly, and if you want to know something, you have to ask. Electricity costs are very high at €5/day, in my opinion. You have to be okay with that. Showers and sanitary facilities are very clean and tidy. Great for a few days, unsuitable for a vacation.

This place could use a renovation and some cleanliness.

The best thing about the site is the location, everything else might deserve a star in the camping guide. When it comes to maintenance and cleanliness, there is a lack in all areas of the site, the drains at the water points are clogged, in some places it stinks from the pipes of sewage, there is litter lying around in various plots, and the sanitary facilities are not cleaned daily. In the area of the 40 pitches, there is a newer sanitary block house with 2 toilets and a sink for ladies and gentlemen each. During our 4-day stay, there was not even one cleaning done there. The request to "take care of the facilities like at home," which can be found on every door, takes on a whole different meaning. The showers, additional toilets, sink tables, and washing machines are located in the large sanitary building in the area of the permanent pitches. The overall condition is in need of renovation, but what weighs much heavier is the cleanliness. In all showers, extensive black mold can be found on the doors and dividers, the joints and expansion joints are cracked and partly also moldy. The children's playground is mostly equipped with devices from the 70s, a check against current safety standards would mean that a part of the equipment would not pass. The lake seems to have good water quality due to the fish population. The water is murky, and the bottom is only perceptible. The accesses to the lake are poor and not suitable for children, and there are no indications of the water depth. For my taste, it is more of a fishing lake than a swimming lake, but that is something everyone must decide for themselves.

We were at site 22 for a week. Upon arrival, we already noticed that our predecessor had problems with the softened ground. The site is very uneven, unpaved, and has deep ruts. The reason is the clayey subsoil, which did not improve after two days of rain. Upon departure, we had to forcibly pull the caravan off the site. The pitch urgently needs to be reinforced. The toilets were clean, although the men's bathroom had no soap refilled from Monday to Wednesday. The showers are old, and there is visible black mold on the ceiling and in the cubicles. The shower itself was clean. There are no power sockets in the shower area to plug in a hairdryer. Right next to the site is a good Bavarian tavern. The location of the site is a good starting point for various destinations within 1 hour. The playground is okay. If the sites are reinforced and the showers modernized, we would be happy to return; otherwise, it's unlikely. A shame because the location would be good for our travel destinations in the vicinity.

The campsite... tourist campsite!!!! Is completely neglected. A disaster already upon arrival and then at or on the site, you are left to your own devices. Poor signage, bad access, everything is damn old and unkempt. The plots are extremely uneven and for the most part very steep. On top of that, the whole area is extremely damp, almost swampy. I don’t think the owner really cares about the place. The sanitary facilities are very, very old, but at least they were always really clean for us. The ladies at the reception were always friendly, which cannot be said about the other "employees - son-in-law tattooed". Rude, impolite, I actually wanted to leave right away... for the greeting "which ass is standing there" to say something like that at the reception is totally unacceptable. That was trashy! We will not return.

Initially, everything was still fine. The spot is only relatively well-maintained. Especially the tourist spots are in a generally poor state. The pitches are unpaved, and when it rains, they turn into real mud pits. The kiosk service is snappy and rude. At the latest at the reception, one realizes that the operation is only about commerce. We left our prepaid spot a day early. A refund of 30€ was not up for discussion, even though the spot was immediately rented out again! Despite Covid, the family here still earns enough with 470 permanent pitches at 1500€/year. The bathrooms are unkempt and at least 30 years old. Daily cleaning is out of the question. Only the minimum is done here, and it is significantly more expensive than anywhere else. For my part, I certainly won’t be coming back here due to the poor access.
