Flower Camping Le Bois d'Amour

The pitches are beautiful and not too small, and thanks to the loose planting with trees, each pitch is partially shaded, which is very pleasant. The pool is nice and big, but the adjacent café/bistro and the terrace do not invite you to sit. There is no supermarket, only rolls/baguette and drinks. However, there are really point deductions for the sanitary facilities. The washhouses are really old and shabby. There are numerous individual washing cabins per building, but they are tiny, with very old, corroded fittings. There are completely no sockets, nor toilet seats. The toilets are hardly usable, even cleaned. No separation between ladies/gents, no child-friendly equipment. There are only very few taps on the premises, without drainage.

Thematic evenings The bus line that only loops in one direction (45 minutes to get to the city center or RER station) and the fact that there was no bus on the evening of July 14 after the fireworks to return to the campsite. Location/Rental accommodation: Lacked lighting for the evening.

The location was too shady, with a tree in the middle and too many visible roots that could cause falls. The positioning was difficult for a camper and there was no possibility to get television reception. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our weekend. Location/Accommodation: the tranquility

👍 A pleasant campsite. Perfect pool. An overpriced shop! An outdoor parking area that could use a good clean-up. The staff should drive slowly with the little carts and set a good example. Location/Rental accommodation: Average. At this price, I expected a better service. 👎 The friendliness of the fifty-something at the bar-restaurant needs to be reevaluated. He speaks poorly to the customers. Never a smile. At the reception, when we arrived at 2 PM, I asked if our mobile home was ready... I know this isn't always possible, but I was curtly told that arrivals were only accepted from 4 PM (reception manager) while she was calling another lady to tell her that hers was ready... It's really a shame this lack of tact. After a long drive, you don't want to be sent away like that. Regarding cleanliness: a few examples...

Close to everything and very pleasant, which is why I happily return for the tenth time. Location / rental accommodation: Very good

I think it would be better to control the people who come to the pool and swim in shorts and swimsuits underneath, and who wear them all day.
