Camping site is very basic, very uneven terrain, grass, small reception, very friendly and helpful. 10 km from Trondheim City, bus connection every 2 hours, payable with APP. Stop 15 minutes on foot. CP right next to the ferry terminal, which didn’t bother us. The beach does not invite swimming or lingering. Sanitary facilities are way too small and very dated. Hardly any storage space, barely any hooks. Kitchen available, but also very basic.

After the recent rather negative reviews, I arrived with mixed feelings. However, I must say that the site is really nice for a stopover. Beautifully situated in the landscape, the ferry for the next day is just around the corner. Sanitary facilities are okay and clean. One should just avoid parking directly at the property boundary to the ferry, as it could get loud.

Normal campsite suitable for 1 night transit. According to the camping guide, a strip of sand leads to the fjord. There was no access to the strip of sand, blocked by tall grass and stones, neglected. Sanitary facilities: 3 toilets each with sufficient space, showers for women with outdoor access, cleanliness is okay. Sanitary facilities are insufficient as the site is full. Steps to the toilets are not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Price of about 35 euros is clearly too much.
