Quiet place, right by a small river and hiking trails. Perfect for dog owners as there is quick access to forests and meadows. Very clean sanitary facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Many great bike paths in the area.

Very quiet, you can hear the birds and the rustling water. Perfect for those seeking tranquility, no cars, no main roads. Very friendly staff - checking in after the official time was no problem - late check-out was also not an issue. A playhouse with foosball for rainy days, a very modern and new restroom facility, a pavilion with benches for picnicking. Many dogs - as always when camping - but we have a dog and it was not louder or quieter than at other places. A bridge leads directly to the hiking trails. Great bike paths around. Bread delivery service and pizza delivery right to the site. 😉 small snack machine with ice cream and cold drinks.

Exceptionally good location right on the banks of the Wied in the Westerwald. The place is ideal for families and very quiet.

Very quiet campground right on the Wied. Some hiking routes start at the campground. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean. Hardly is one out, and they're already being cleaned again. Thank you for that! There are 4 private sanitary cabins, which are smaller than the normal shower cabins. The private sanitary cabins are not heated! At the time of booking, I read nothing about this on the operator's website. When it's wet and rainy, the place gets muddy. Only the spots with gravel are OK. But only on the gravel spot. Everywhere else is mud with grass. Now at the start of the season, unfortunately, there was a shower warm water lottery. In some shower cabins, there was no hot water. The activities mentioned on the website can also be recommended with confidence.
