The Fårup Sommerland amusement park, 47 kilometres away, is great for families with children. The campsite has playgrounds, fitness classes and paddle tennis.
Very lively family campsite in a beautiful location on the seaside with a "huge" range of leisure activities for the best weeks of the year.
Public indoor swimming pool. Skateboard and go-kart track. Guided rides on Icelandic horses and horse boarding. About 450 sqm playground with a diverse range of activities. Located on hiking and cycling trails. Self-check-in/check-out.

Secluded holiday spot. About three meters high hedges divide the flat meadowland into large pitches. Area near the beach without planting. Supply and leisure facilities in the entrance area.
Very beautiful, natural sandy beach behind a narrow dune strip.

From 20.10.24, the campsite will be closed! We were there in the offseason and very satisfied. The facilities are relatively new and well maintained. The plots are generously cut and most are separated by hedges. The campsite offers over 600! pitches, cabins, or tent sites, without feeling cramped. There are many options available for children. The beach by the North Sea is only about 300 meters away and can also delight dog owners. However, with full occupancy, it can be expected that waiting times may arise in certain areas (arrival and departure, catering, waste disposal, playgrounds, etc.). First Camp is never cheap, but we found it worth the price.

Beautiful, large campsite by the beach. More suitable for families. Sites are very large, marked off with 3 m of bushes in the back and 1 m of bushes on the sides. Incredibly noisy: hours of baby crying (it was so bad that my husband went to check if something was wrong), constant dog barking from all directions, access paths were used as racetracks by children on scooters. It sounds terrible on the gravel paths. Not suitable at all for people seeking peace. Upon first visit to the sanitary facilities: dirty. Seems sufficient, but it's a large campsite. Ate pizza: mediocre. The price of about 45 euros is totally overpriced.

On September 21st already closed, parking space and power supply with electricity and water possible, everything else, however, closed and abandoned! Not recommended.

partially dilapidated wooden huts; neglected outdoor play areas, abandoned and dirty pony stable; only later was the sanitary house cleaned under the leadership of a dedicated lady from Blockhus-Camping; very reserved, if not unfriendly reception upon arrival. Once very beautiful - today, well.

Great place for campers directly by the beach dunes. Wi-Fi available only during reception opening hours. Small TV room furnished somewhat Spartan (crowded during the football World Cup).

This place does not deserve 5 stars. We were on site this August. Everything seemed overall run-down and unkempt. The sanitary facilities were dirty! The restaurant is far too expensive for the price-performance ratio. The supermarket is poorly sorted, especially considering that it takes about 15 minutes by car to the nearest village. Obviously, word is getting around. The site was virtually unvisited in mid-August. It should be noted about the beach that this is also one of the less beautiful ones in Denmark. There are much nicer beaches. Both on the west and the north coast. How the ADAC rates this place just as well as *other 5-star places* cannot be understood. *personal details changed by the editorial team.
