Elena's Beach Camping

We enjoy coming here. A very family-oriented campsite. We have never booked in advance. Most of the time, we have gotten a spot directly by the sea on the very first day. Perfect for boaters. George helps with launching. Great boating area. In the restaurant at the site, there are many delicious dishes at an affordable price. We almost went for dinner every day. A bit further away but reachable on foot, there is a place with shopping opportunities.

You can largely agree with the last review. Location, sanitation, restaurant, service... all top-notch. You should know that the site, since it is in the 'flight path' of Igoumenitsa, has quite a bit of 'come and go' from travelers to and from the ferry. For campervanners with large white goods, the parking spaces are somewhat tight, and only a few can stand right by the water. If there is a travel bus in front of you, the view is slightly restricted. At the beginning of June, the audience is predominantly older; there's little for children to enjoy.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner George and, when he saw our vehicle, assigned us a really great spot on a small plateau right by the sea. We were able to easily set up our larger material tent there and enjoyed two days of peace. The sea there is wonderful: crystal clear and pleasantly warm in May. About 3km away is a small village, which can be easily reached on foot with a sporty walk (many elevation changes) that runs above the busy road. The food at the site is excellent and fairly priced. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

When we arrived, we had a very cramped place that smelled of toilet. Upon our request, we were allowed to move the next morning when someone had checked out. The operators are really very nice. We found it strange that they kept our ID until departure. After the move, we had a very nice pitch right by the sea, where our awning also fit. The sanitary facilities are basic but okay. The toilet paper goes into a bucket next to the toilet, which makes it smell quite a bit. There are many free-roaming cats; one peed on our backpack, so be careful. You can buy small things at the site, but it is very expensive. The restaurant, on the other hand, has fair prices, and the food is very delicious.

We have been happily going to the campsite for years. We appreciate the tranquility, the good restaurant, and the pitch directly by the sea. The sanitary facilities are very clean and the family is very friendly and helpful when you have a problem. We can only recommend the site.

The operators are very friendly. The site is lovingly designed and very clean. The kitchen is great and inexpensive. Many spots have a sea view. It was very nice.

Super campsite!!! Restaurant very good. Sanitary facilities very clean at all times. And a very friendly family-run business, they try to meet all needs and wishes. We felt very comfortable and will come back!

I can't understand how my predecessors came to these ratings. The location is absolutely dreamy and idyllic, the food tastes really delicious, the sanitary facilities are top-notch and clean, and the operator is a really nice person who tries to fulfill every wish possible. At dinner, you get an incredible playlist as background music, which lifts everyone’s spirits. However, if you are looking for a family campsite for many children, this is not the right place. Here, you can only do water sports and relax and unwind. Well, the pitches are now a bit longer together, but that’s also due to the neighbors and how they park and how much consideration they take. It can be managed differently, but you can't blame the operator for that. We will definitely mark this place as a favorite and we certainly won't have been here for the last time.
