A beautiful quiet place, very good as a starting point for cycling, hiking, and city tours in Donauwörth. The site has its own very nice bathing lake with sunbathing lawns. The small kiosk is also a beautiful addition; anyone who doesn’t feel like cooking can always find varying daily specials, rolls for breakfast, and everything a camper needs.

Free seating choice, check-in went smoothly. Beautiful little lake at the site, our 3-year-old could go swimming, the crawling child splashed at the shore, there is enough shade, baker service comes daily to the site, the next (well-stocked) village shop is 5-10 minutes away by bike. Augsburg is 30 minutes by car and always worth a visit. The Danube and also the Lech bike paths are very close. I recommend the newly built washing and shower facilities in the middle of the campsite. We enjoyed it, we will come back.
