The Domaine de l'Epinette campsite in the eastern French municipality of Châtillon is located directly on a river and just a few kilometres from the famous Herisson waterfalls. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking. The river can be explored using the campsite's boat hire service. In addition to the river, there is also an outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and large water slide. There is also a playground and entertainment programme for children. Catering is provided by a snack bar with bread roll service and a grocery shop. There is also a restaurant and another grocery shop 5 km away. The nearest supermarket is 15 km away.
Quiet, well-kept site with a pool at a bend in the Ain River.

👎 Simple campsite with not too much entertainment but enough fun for the kids. We didn't see them the whole holiday!
