Yelloh! Village Domaine de Drancourt

Great campsite, awesome new pool area, fantastic area, you can also bike a lot, the place is clearly better than 3.5 stars!!!!!

Generous plots, quiet, restaurant, nice staff, a place with character. By bike, you can quickly reach St. Vallery, the surroundings are very pretty, pure rural France. The shower and toilet facilities were simple, clean, and unheated, but you’re not a softie. ;) We were there in late spring; during the high season, it may look a bit different, but in my opinion, this pitch in St. V. is clearly preferable.

Our impression during a 2-day stay: the encountered staff mainly consists of younger (seasonal) workers, who perform their job poorly without any willingness to provide service or assistance. After one night, we were asked to change our spot at an allegedly free RV parking spot: the delivery of a new mobile home seemed to have been forgotten. There was no indication when choosing another spot that the houses around us (couple with a baby) were rented out that same day to a youthful travel group (with corresponding party noises). The spots are poorly labeled, the entire site, especially the sanitary facilities, is very unkempt. The showers have no warm-cold regulation fittings with water discharge lasting only a few seconds, and some of the lighting is not functioning. The advertised surroundings with a castle and park serve more as a facade; the site benefits in no way from it. The shower at the pool is not functioning, as are various water taps on the site. In summary, not recommended!
