Flat meadow area with young, medium-height deciduous trees laid out in two levels. Surrounded by tall hedges. At the entrance area there is a 100-year-old Art Nouveau villa with apartments. Located on the outskirts, in rural surroundings. Adjacent to the Drau cycling path. Views of the Lienz Dolomites.

Top Location
We were there for 14 days in October. The location is fantastic. Lots of hiking trails and mountains to climb. Make sure to bring bikes! The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. Sanitary facilities are fine, roll service, quiet location, beautiful footpath to Lienz. The entrance area should be tidied up.

Waste fee and tourist tax as customary in Austria, shower for coins, site somewhat "run down", suitable for overnight stays.

The entrance area seems uninviting. Parking spaces are large and covered with grass, partially shaded. Sanitary facilities are located in the basement of the main building. Many services not included: Showers require tokens, so do the washing machine and dryer, playground not intact, advertised children's vehicles must be rented, trampoline must also be paid for separately.
