Very pleasant! Recommended!
Close to the beautiful beach. Clean sanitary facilities. Very friendly staff at the reception. Large green plots. Mini-market and bistro. Good restaurant nearby: 'The Whale'. Less recommended for dining (but good location): 'Beach House'.

How does ADAC rate the spots? Place for short stays acceptable
The rating by ADAC is not clear to us at all. The place has aged! Staff at the reception are very friendly! We find that positive, as it is unfortunately no longer a given today. The campsite is not exactly cheap, but it offers almost everything one could wish for. The sanitary facilities are good, but unfortunately chargeable. Wi-Fi is practically non-existent. Always worth a vacation
Quick processing, good access, large parking spaces. Superbly located by the water, sanitary facilities clean and tidy. Only downside: No Wi-Fi on the premises.

There are many good reasons for a holiday at the Dat Stranddörp campsite. The mini golf course and the direct beach location are just as appealing as the child-friendly leisure facilities. The relaxed atmosphere and the many excursion destinations in the surrounding area also make Dat Stranddörp a popular holiday destination.
Camping in a marvellous beach location
The holiday village on the south-eastern tip of the island of Rügen welcomes its guests from March to October. The campsite is one of the few in the region that borders directly on the unspoilt, fine sandy beach. There are 260 pitches of different sizes on the 6.5-hectare site, all of which are equipped with electricity. The largest pitches cover an area of 140 square metres, so that even large caravans can be accommodated here. Dogs are also welcome at the campsite and can be cleaned of sand and salt water in the dog showers. Thanks to Wi-Fi in the restaurant and at reception, holidaymakers can find out about events and excursion destinations nearby. The Strandhus restaurant offers fresh bread rolls every day and a wide selection of food and drinks throughout the day. A typical fish sandwich is of course a must on a holiday by the Baltic Sea. You can buy everything you need in the small mini-market on site. The holiday resort also has a playground, a mini golf course and a football pitch and provides a variety of entertainment during the summer months. The regular barbecue evenings with live music are just as popular as the entertainment programme for younger guests.
