Very clean and well-kept place. Enough sanitary buildings, so that even during cleaning the next one is easily reachable in close proximity. The sanitary buildings were always very clean during our stay. The swimming pond is a great innovation, the outdoor facilities around the pond such as seating and grass were not yet fully completed and still under construction. Another plus is the guest card including bus and cable cars. The electricity billing could be improved, as it does not match my installed calibrated meter. Here, I simply recommend checking the current reading again upon arrival. We will definitely come back.

Arrival before 2 PM ... €20 surcharge (we were there at 11 AM), totally unacceptable!!! No credit card payment possible, EC card payment only from €100, that doesn't work either. The reception was mediocre, a smile would have made a big difference. The location is not a highlight... there are much nicer places. The tree coverage or any greenery is non-existent. We are still wondering for whom or what we paid €20 for early arrival. We also left earlier on the day of departure and did not receive a "early departure refund". It really feels like being ripped off. We would not book this place again, despite the beautiful view. Despite ADAC advertising, no discount was possible or even asked...!

Beautiful campsite with very clean sanitary facilities. The indoor pool is great and invites you to relax after a bike ride or hike. The dining options and bread roll service are also excellent.

The Tannheim Valley is superb. Great hiking and biking trails. Very beautiful area.

Reception somewhat unfriendly. However, the groundskeeper was very helpful and super nice. Great surroundings for hiking. Free cable car ride once a day, I thought that was great. The restaurant on site is highly recommended. With the normal pitch size, we wouldn't have managed with the 7.10 meter RV.

A beautiful place with everything you need. More than any camper really needs, extremely clean and tidy, just as one could wish. I do not understand where the previous comments about unfriendliness come from. We were welcomed very well and friendly. Perhaps some campers need to look at themselves.
