Camping Terra Verdon - Ciela Village
Campsite Overview
Campsite Intro
About
Camping Terra Verdon - Ciela Village welcomes its holiday guests to the beautiful village of Castellane in sunny France. A special highlight: the campsite is located not far from the Verdon Gorge, also known as the Grand Canyon du Verdon. This is one of the most spectacular gorges in Europe and definitely worth a visit. There are also great leisure activities on site at the campsite. The pool area is particularly popular with children and adults alike. There is an extra water play area for younger guests. The pitches are located on a grassy area. Hedges and medium-height trees separate the individual pitches from each other.

Pros
The campsite itself Location/Accommodation: The outdoor space and layout
Cons
I think it would be worth considering curtains for the jacuzzis to maintain privacy, especially to shield from the mobile homes facing them. Location/Accommodation: The lack of coolness during the day in the back room (up to 27° when the air conditioning was set at 24°) The baby kit was not available on site, even though we had ordered it and communicated the arrival time. The first time we were missing the requested bathtub from the reception which never arrived.

Pros
The facilities, restaurant, pool, and hospitable staff are excellent. Location/Rental accommodation: nice terrace, comfortable bedding
Cons
The rooms in the mobile homes should be better separated by the toilet or shower, this would provide more privacy. Location/Rental accommodation: the rooms should be more distinct in the mobile home, separated by the toilet or shower, to ensure more intimacy. Additionally, we had a towel and two torn sheets; for the price, more attention should be paid to this.
