The campsite has 55 delimited pitches on a cosy, 1.2-hectare site. The pitches are a generous 90 to 120 m² in size and are located on an idyllic grassy area surrounded by trees and hedges. Many of the pitches have a hardstanding ground, which is super practical in wet weather.

You will find a well-equipped sanitary block with 9 showers and 13 toilets. For guests with reduced mobility, there is an accessible wheelchair-friendly sanitary cabin. In addition, the campsite has practical washing machines and tumble dryers so you can easily wash your holiday clothes.

This campsite is wonderfully quiet and relaxed. Since the site is quite small with only 55 pitches, there is a very friendly, family atmosphere. A great plus point is the location on the outskirts of town: the seaside bathing area is only about 1 km away, so you can get to the water quickly.

Since the campsite cannot be booked directly via PiNCAMP, prices vary depending on the season and pitch type. You should plan for the following cost factors:

• Pitch fee for your caravan, motorhome, or tent.
• Electricity connection (the pitches have sockets with 16 amps).
• Possible fees for Wi-Fi, which the campsite offers throughout the entire site.
• Since the campsite is not directly bookable online, you can clarify the exact rates and any discounts, such as the ADAC Campcard, directly on-site or upon inquiry.

Arriving by car with a caravan or motorhome is straightforward thanks to the location on the outskirts of Southbourne. Since many pitches are hardstanding, you don't have to worry about the ground, even in typical English rainy weather. However, you should pack sturdy pegs for the grassy areas.

For small appetites or forgotten items, the campsite has a cosy kiosk directly on-site. If you are planning a larger shopping trip or want to go out for a nice meal, you can reach the nearest town centre of Southbourne after just 800 metres. There you will find various shops and local amenities.
