You pay an extra 100czk for a spot right by the water. On the website, you see a beautiful white beach with a view of the lake, but that's a photo from 10 years ago because now there are birch trees and undergrowth blocking the view. You pay just as much for this campsite as for other 5-star campsites in the area that are better maintained and more modern. The restaurant was closed while we were in high season, even though we had to pay a higher rate. The shower is an open area with cubicles that are only separated by a shower curtain; you have to put 20czk into a machine for 8 minutes of showering, then water starts flowing in a random cubicle (it takes a minute to get warm) and you have to quickly undress and hope you are done in 8 minutes. Otherwise, you have to walk out of your cubicle to put another coin in, but it could also be in a different cubicle where the water starts flowing.
