Capfun Camping Tecklenburg

At first glance, it seems to be a good campsite, although the welcome was not very warm. There are nice playgrounds and a nice swimming pool. However, once you’re there, it’s a huge disappointment. The sanitary facilities are poorly maintained and cleaned far too infrequently! There are holes in the grass that many have tripped over. What we found the worst was the immense noise in the evenings and sometimes during the night. It seemed like the children only came out after dinner and started making noise. And then the staff rides around until after midnight on electric scooters, cars, and golf carts. Children couldn’t walk freely, it was far too dangerous. We saw several times children being knocked over by the scooters. For us, it will remain a one-time visit. Such a pity, as there are many beautiful things to see in the area.

The pool is good. Showers and sanitary facilities are not recommended. The pitches are closely structured.

This whipped cream topping is recommended in every respect. Large pitches, quiet and clean. All the staff we met are competent, friendly, and clearly enjoy their job. Whether it's Torben and the team in the restaurant or Fabian Tietje in the little swimming area. Following tips on places to visit were interesting and nice conversations. The mini shop has a wide selection of groceries or camping supplies. After 450 km we were not disappointed and will definitely come back... Keep it up and appreciate having such employees. A very beautiful and large campsite that has a lot of potential to become something "good". Those looking for peace and relaxation are exactly in the right place here.

Everything is really very nice. Unfortunately, everything around the washing house is not really pleasant. The showers are cold in the morning, it accumulates basically all day at the washing place since there are far too few spots available and the cleanliness in the building has been shocking. Even in the morning, you can't find a clean spot to brush your teeth. I would have liked to clean this for myself, but there are no paper towels or other options in the washing house to clean your wash place before use. Cleaning on such a sought-after weekend as Ascension or Pentecost only once a day is not really well planned. The place (aside from the washing house), the staff, and the swimming pool are really wonderful. We will definitely come back again. Probably then with a private bathroom.

The friendliness of the staff is great. One should be informed about the location and occupancy of the assigned spot (party!) so that one can possibly look for another space. The sanitary facilities in sanitary building 3 were absolutely okay.

An internet connection would be nice!
