Generous discounts, favorable rates for electric and water showers. Located very close to Lake Altmühl and not far from Brombachsee. Shopping opportunities can be found in the nearby Gunzenhausen. We were very satisfied and are going back next year for almost 2 weeks.

We were at this campsite for a week in October. The campsite has generous pitches and a restaurant. The surroundings invite for hiking and cycling. We will definitely visit this campsite again.

Very nicely located campsite with a wealth of its own amenities. Clean and beautiful sanitary facilities, even in the shower there is no lack of space.

We were six people (2 adults + 4 children) camping there. Unfortunately, it rained upon our arrival, so our site was completely flooded. We had a pond in our awning and everything else resembled a muddy landscape. This did not change even in the dry days that followed; also, turning the caravan to the other side did not help. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but they were always clean. However, there was also a lack of attention to detail here, such as a heater above the changing table. After the day before our departure, the site was almost empty, we asked if it would be sufficient for us to leave at noon instead of 11 AM. This was denied, as supposedly new guests were already arriving. Well, with an empty site, it would certainly not have been a problem, but where there is no will, there is also no way. Very unfortunate! In the summer months (or without rain), it is certainly recommended, as it is in a nice location close to the lake and playground, but we probably will not come back anytime soon...

We were at the campsite for 3 days. 5 minutes walk to the lake, sanitary facilities very clean. We would gladly come back.

Spontaneously requested, and spontaneously got a spot for four nights. Conclusion: a beautiful campsite, huge pitches, super friendly staff, and actually everything you could wish for when you go away on spontaneous vacation. About the campsite: large pitches, although no newly renovated wash houses, but super clean at any time of day, and large heated shower rooms. Gastronomy: Super gastronomy, friendly staff, good food, and they still pay attention to the fact that it is not fast food but of good quality. The schnitzel is not just thrown into the fryer, the fries were very good, and the snack plate is truly recommendable. The staff is super friendly and helpful with every request. Leisure: although the campsite itself doesn’t offer much, there are so many wishes fulfilled in the surrounding area, whether small or large, that it is definitely worth it. Conclusion: we will definitely come back because even after four nights we haven’t yet experienced all that there is to offer here, and even now there is so much to offer so that there is always something new at any time of the year. A final big compliment to the campsite staff, who has an open ear for everything, takes their time for every customer, and you are always greeted with a smile. As a family with three children, we can only recommend this place further, and we will definitely come back.

We were at Fisher Michl for the 2nd time last week and it was just as beautiful as the first time. Friendly reception, daily sale of rolls, clean sanitary facilities, etc. The children can play great thanks to the roundabout, both big and small. The only downside is that after rain the spots are very waterlogged and dry poorly, which was the case for us, and we thus had a very muddy spot. Otherwise, everything was great again and we will definitely come again. In short distance, there are also plenty of leisure options whether by bike, on foot or by car. All in all, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed it. We had a very relaxing holiday there with children and a dog. The pitches in a roundabout shape were large enough. The washroom was clean and the shower cabins were spacious. There are fresh rolls in the morning and you can eat well at the small inn on the site. It's just a short walk to the lake with a swimming area and the large adventure playground. A dream for the kids. With the dog, you can go straight from the site into nature. There are many recreational activities around Altmühlsee and Brombachsee.
