I cannot understand the positive reviews here in any way. Untidy (the whole place is a construction site, the yard full of building materials, construction debris, machines, wood remnants…). Completely outdated sanitary facilities, unclean showers stained with old dirt + shower curtains. On top of that, significantly inflated prices, for 2 people + dog in the low season more than 42,-€/night among neglected permanent caravans. And then these *****reviews? A bad person, who thinks badly!

Those seeking peace, nature, and authentic warmth without luxury are exactly right at this campsite in the heart of the Allgäu mountains. The site is beautifully located — surrounded by lush meadows and pastures where cows with bells peacefully graze. The owner family is passionately investing and renewing (grandiose camping facilities, more pitches with green areas, continuous access paths, fountains, and a children's sandbox…). The sanitary facilities are aging but functional and clean. Supply and disposal are good (fresh water and gray water available centrally via containers). It would be nice to have warm water in the pleasant washing room. The menu in the Stüble is good. The food is very good. The homemade Maultaschen from Tobias are the best.
