Campingplatz Weißensee

Nice quiet campground with a restaurant and outdoor pool right next door. If you like a bit of East German nostalgia, you are exactly right here. Playground, beach volleyball court, table tennis table, and trampoline are available for relaxation. The caretaker and the permanent campers are friendly and very helpful. We always like to come back.

We were there over Ascension 2024 and we liked the place quite a bit, it wasn’t too crowded, especially the Chinese Garden in the area. The sanitary facilities were always clean, although somewhat outdated. Still worth a trip. Dogs welcome.

For those who do not necessarily need a lake for camping, this is a very nice, well-maintained, and quiet nature campsite. The staff is very friendly. Right behind the campsite is a public swimming pool that is very affordable at 2€ per day. I can only recommend the site.

It is a very quiet campsite that we have been visiting for years, the new receptionist was very friendly to us and our children, an employee even repaired my daughter's bicycle. We are happy to come back.

We were there 1 week ago. We felt so comfortable there. We extended our stay by 2 days and still did not want to leave. The lady at the reception was very friendly and nice, she has a lovely little kiosk. This place has many guests with dogs, who all cannot walk past the reception lady without picking up a treat. Fully adorable. We will definitely come back.

We were very kindly welcomed by the staff. Our assigned pitch was also very nice. Water tap directly at the pitch. Electricity not far away, but from some other pitches long walks. The campsite was well-maintained. The two sanitary buildings were very clean, but also a bit unusual. The shower stalls are small, with a shower curtain. This is not to everyone's taste. Getting dressed/taking off clothes halfway in the aisle in front of the sinks. Shower tokens €1.50/3 minutes. At our time, the site was not full, so everything was no problem.

The campsite in Weißensee is very clean, you feel very comfortable right away. The staff is accommodating, and if there is anything, they are always there to help. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing, simply a place to unwind and just switch off.

A friendly employee showed us the spot and a desired shady place between conifer trees. The sanitary facilities were well maintained and clean, the kiosk and bread roll service were inexpensive, and the immediate surroundings offer numerous excursion destinations. We will gladly come back.
