You are practically right by the North Sea here! The campsite is located in immediate proximity to the beach in the Sahlenburg district of Cuxhaven. Just a short walk separates you from the fine sandy beach and the Wadden Sea. Perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze first thing in the morning or starting mudflat hikes.

With only 16 pitches for holidaymakers and 50 pitches for permanent campers, the site is wonderfully family-friendly and manageable. The pitches are a cosy 35 to 40 m² in size. If you arrive without your own vehicle, you can book one of the 33 rentals, which are rustic and cosy without their own bathrooms.

Yes, dogs are allowed on the site, although there are restrictions on request. It is best to clarify this directly before booking. Since the beach is very close, nothing stands in the way of long walks in the North Sea air with your four-legged friend.

The prices are pleasantly fair. For a couple, the price in the high season is 27.00 EUR per night (low season: 20.00 EUR), and for a family, it is 33.00 EUR (low season: 26.00 EUR). Here are the most important cost factors at a glance:

The site has a fixed season and is open from 15 March to 31 October. So there is no winter camping here. The journey is super relaxed, as it is a campsite close to the motorway. Reliable power connections with 15 to 16 amps await you on the pitches.

For small appetites, the site has its own kiosk and a practical covered cooking facility. If you don't want to cook yourself, you will find a restaurant and a snack bar just 200 metres away. Larger purchases can be made at the supermarket or grocery store, which are around 2 kilometres away.
