Concerning regarding cleanliness!

The place looks good at first glance. But!!! there is a great risk of injury regarding the paths. In very poor lighting, it is a gamble to avoid or jump over the many potholes in the dark. The risk of injury is not small, as you can easily twist your ankle. There must absolutely be improvements here! The sanitary building is in a very unclean state. Help with cleanliness is strictly rejected by the management. "We have everything under control!" I have photos that show, for example, mold in the grout and a very dirty changing room. I find it not good that health of the guests is played with here! I took the photos 3 minutes after the "cleaning". I wanted to stay for 2 more nights, but considering the uncleanliness, I did not rebook. I judge absolutely fairly!

1. Reception friendly, competent, and purposeful. 2. The pitch in the 'Area B', since we are traveling with a dog, is very compacted with hardened mineral mix and you should really use good plastic screws to secure the awning. 3. A huge area that can only be explored without a dog because here lies once again the big difference between 'Dogs ALLOWED or DOGS WELCOME!!!' A marked circle where you are allowed to walk with your four-legged friend. For me, not worth a second vacation. 4. The bread roll service - you can't go wrong there. 5. But now here comes the catch: I wanted to take 5 bags of herbal tea at Ankerplatz early for the bread rolls and they want 10.00 € for that? 🤬 2€ per bag. I get 20 bags for 3 to a maximum of 5 € here I would have paid 40 € for a packet. USURY AND ABSOLUTELY DETERRING FOR CUSTOMERS Never again a customer!!!

Booked directly by the lake, sanitation building closed, so one has to walk a long way to the large main building. This is not cleaned often enough, accordingly it also smells there. Playground quite aged like the whole place itself. Water and disposal by the lake are also not possible, good low season, but when the place by the lake is fully booked, the sanitation building can also be opened. 24h machine operates but without contents.

We were there with 3 children and a dog. Initially, when we booked, it was not planned to bring the furry nose along. With a dog, you are very restricted, but this is stated on the website as well. The registration was a disaster, over 1 hour wait time; something needs to change organizationally there. But alright. The upper sites were okay, but the ones on the way to the lake are directly sloped. Small playground. Finding dog waste bags was a desperate search; they were empty for 3 days. I mentioned it, but nothing changed... Sanitary facilities were clean. One of the few places we would never visit again.

We were there for 14 days and everything was great !! But it depends on where you are !! The upper spot is great but you have to like the one going down the slope to the lake and the one directly at the lake !! The restaurant is good, the sanitary facilities (the upper one) were clean ! Very, very many long-term campers who started greeting us from the fourth day and invited us to eat !! The Erfurt area was wonderful and opposite there is a spa ! If you stay longer than seven days, you get four hours of spa for free !! All in all, we will come back !! Best regards to everyone Ramona and Bülent

The location of the campsite is absolutely great in itself. However, it is very expensive, and the staff and management are very unfriendly. A lot of new things have been done on this site, which is very commendable. But as already mentioned, there is a lot of negativity here. The price, sanitary cleaning leaves much to be desired, pets (dogs) are not allowed in the majority of the area, the beach is so-so. So, as I said, I can only find the location of the site very good.
