Campingplatz Seeburg

On our way through, we ended up at this very clean spot and would gladly come back when we are in the area.

Friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities, nice place. I have only seen a few spots, but this one doesn't have anything negative for me.

In general, I would like to state that both all employees were extremely friendly and helpful, and the sanitary facilities were found to be in very good and well-maintained condition. There is only a very small area for tents, very central with everything for and against - including party huts where long-term campers can let loose far from their quiet pitches. The accessible beach section is very small, and the long shore of the site is obscured from the view and access of other guests by barricaded long-term campers. We were traveling as a family with a tent and would have appreciated night rest from the usual hours. The campsite operator's attempts to enforce this really did not work for the tents since the reception is not staffed at night, and you were left to fend for yourself against, for example, a horde of teenagers who recklessly did their thing, robbing us and others of sleep. Additionally, there are the noises from the federal highway on the opposite shore (without noise protection walls - poor locals!) as well as nighttime aircraft noise that, at least from our perspective, spoils the idyll. Just yesterday, someone also created an infernal racket with a motorboat (there are prohibition signs for motorboats everywhere on the lake???) between 8 and 9 p.m. When the really nice baker with her mobile roll stand - a great service! A butcher even comes to the site! - started ringing her bell at a shrill volume at 7:45 a.m., robbing the last remnants of sleep, it was clear for us: we will not come back here because we cannot find a chill and quiet atmosphere, and there were too many long-term campers on the site. What a shame!

It was a wonderful short vacation at the beautiful lake. A gorgeous campsite. We were pleasantly surprised by the great service, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff on site. The sanitary facilities are up to date and hygienically impeccable. Although there were not many campers left, there was a bread service, which I thought was great.

Clean and well-kept sanitary areas, beautiful place, top team, friendly and helpful. They cater to the wishes of the campers, great leisure opportunities.
