Site
Meadow area divided by the Morgenbach, partly flat, partly terraced, with high deciduous tree stands in some places. Separate tent meadow. Located between the Rhine on one side and the railway line and road on the other side. At the foot of the Reichenstein and Rheinstein castles.
Note
Busy roads and railway lines run on both sides of the Rhine between Bingen and Koblenz. Combined with the lively boat traffic, this situation at campsites located on the river can lead to disturbances.

Follow the signs in the village from the B9 (Bingen - Koblenz). Partially narrow access road (approx. 3 m wide, clearance height of the railway underpass 3.40 m).

Unfortunately, no access route found that would have been passable with the caravan (590). Poor to non-existent signage

The location by the Rhine is very beautiful, otherwise the place has seen better days, it seems a bit neglected. In particular, the sanitary facilities could use a renovation. Nice place for a stopover
Friendly staff. The parking space is really cheap at 20 euros all inclusive. You park right by the Rhine. The restaurant is inexpensive with good cuisine. The service was also very nice. Super beautiful spot right on the Rhine. We were right by the "water", with plenty of distance from the neighbors.
