Very nice owners, friendly, helpful, and open-minded. Swimming area directly on site, 100 m away a well-maintained public beach with shower, kiosk, and sandy beach. This should be mentioned in the ADAC description!

The Ludwigsheider campsite is a wonderfully family-run place. You immediately feel welcome and absolutely comfortable. There are many permanent campers who warmly welcome each new guest. The private access to the lake gives everything an even sweeter touch to feel more at home. The hiking trails invite you to stroll, and the lake for swimming, with a boat rental just a 3-minute walk away. On the site, there is a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks, drinks & ice cream. Every morning, fresh rolls are available upon request. The sanitary facilities are very well-maintained and absolutely clean, although somewhat older. The operators make every effort to provide every guest with a great stay. We are very much looking forward to coming back!!
