We really enjoyed it. Pitch directly by the lake with a wonderful view. Sanitary building clean, Chiemsee bike path runs right in front of the site. There are plenty of excursion options anyway. The road did not disturb us, we were able to sleep well as the traffic at night was manageable.

The nice thing about this place is the location. The rest is not even worth 1 star, completely confusing arranged spots, our pitch might have needed a submarine #completely thrown off. The sanitary facilities are overrun with spiders, the windows have no handles and I don't even want to start talking about mold. We will not be returning to this place.

The campsite has a very beautiful location directly by the lake with a wonderful panorama towards the mountains. However, the pitches are too small and one stands very cramped. The sanitary facilities are clean, but for the number of guests, 3 toilets and 3 showers (each for ladies & gentlemen) are simply too few. The adjacent country road is very loud to hear and is already well trafficked from 5:30 a.m. Overall, the requested price is not appropriate. It is significantly too high. Furthermore, a fee of €20 is charged for a reservation, which is not deducted.

Unfriendly welcome upon arrival, no clear structure of the plots, in the evening 2 motorhomes were parked directly behind our motorhome, so that they were almost at the dinner table, no bread roll service as indicated, the man at reception mumbled something??? For the price we paid for 2 nights, you could stay 3-4 days at many nicer places. The campsite presents itself better online than it is.

First of all, the site offers a wonderful panorama, short distances, whether to the water, to the sanitary building or to the restaurant, everything is very harmonious! There were also points of criticism that were personally discussed with the owner, there was understanding, this also speaks in favor of the site! slightly overpriced, yet okay, because the location is worth it! The sanitary building is cleaned daily, so everything is good, I have experienced other places. Showers are okay, for a shower head one can shower for 3.5 minutes, which is completely enough if one limits oneself to showering! All in all, a place to return to!

Very good sanitary facilities, but showers cost extra, very good restaurant, very friendly reception. Location: Directly by the lake, unfortunately a through road is very close to the site (noisy). In the morning, a baker's cart comes by. SUP rental available. We paid € 35,- per night for 2 people. Incl. electricity. Paying by card would have made it € 5,- more expensive. It's not cheap, but okay. Mobile reception is okay. For satellite reception, you need a spot without trees. There is a bathing jetty for swimming. Gorgeous view over the lake to the mountains.

The sanitary facilities were clean, but clearly too few when fully booked. The showers have to be paid for separately. The local area is okay. Unfortunately, only one bakery cart comes at 8:00 in the morning. Other than that, there are no shopping options. The site is very expensive, considering there's nothing else there but the parking space.
