Site
Flat, partitioned meadow terrain with little vegetation. Pitch sites partially secured with lawn grid stones and with paved forecourt. Separate tent meadow. Located between the village street and the Elbe dike.
Access to water
Access to the sandy beach along the Elbe, about 300 m away via a narrow road and the dike, the beach is approximately 2 km long. Dedicated beach area for dogs.

Small campground with a lot of passion
A small but run with a lot of passion campground. During our stay, there were still works on the former long-term pitches. Due to this, the place was only about 1/3 occupied. Sweet, small camp under apple trees of old varieties! Super nice owner (completely relaxed and uncomplicated with a lot of humor (you use 'du' here, which makes everything feel more familial). Lovely!
The last campsite after a 14-day round trip was Krautsand. Not once until then were we welcomed so wonderfully friendly. Everything was there, everything clean and just a few steps from the Elbe beach. A perfect place for our last travel day!

Great place and very nice operators
Very beautiful quiet campsite and super friendly operators. The sanitary facilities were always very clean. The nearby beach is really very nice. We felt very comfortable, see you soon.

I arrived in the evening around 7:00 PM, the entrance was locked, you should ring the bell and then someone will come. I rang the bell, after 20 minutes I left.

small beautiful campsite
very nice operator! The sanitary facilities are very clean! Dog-friendly and it is only about 400 meters to the dog beach. We will definitely come back!

Great place in a top location under family management.
The site is located directly behind the Elbdeich at Elbradwer and is therefore ideal for anyone who wants to cycle, make a stopover with a canoe or bike (nice camping meadow!) or watch ships.
