Small low lake, optimal for families. Unfortunately, the parcels that are right at the front towards the lake were completely (partially knee-deep) underwater after heavy rain. Not very suitable for tents. The unparcelled spots directly by the water under shady trees are elevated and therefore better in rain. The sanitary facilities were clean and very nicely decorated with various motifs. The staff were always nice and accommodating. The restaurant offers the usual dishes (schnitzel, pizza, etc.), but they were tasty. No fresh goods in the mini-market, but some "emergency" camping items (air mattress, gas cartridge, hygiene items, etc.).

We were completely satisfied. The comfort pitches are very large and we had enough space, and if you don't want to stand directly by the water, it's just a stone's throw to the water. The staff was always cheerful and friendly. The washrooms were always clean. However, I would still add a swinging door or curtain to the shower so that the anteroom stays a bit drier. With that in mind, we will happily return again and again.

Some fields and the spots directly by the lake cannot be booked. For a lakeside spot, you just have to be lucky on nice weekends or during holidays. Beautiful spots under pines, very friendly for hammocks! Unfortunately, there are also a few oaks with many oak processionary moths. The lake is very shallow, great for children. Regular small festivals and music in the entrance area! Restrooms are okay!

Unfortunately unfriendly and inflexible campsite management. Otherwise, a lot is offered. Live concerts, indoor playground and more.

The lake is great, nice and shallow, perfect for digging and swimming. Our children had a lot of fun. So much for the good part... Unfortunately, the kiosk only offers non-perishable food; you won't find any fruit, vegetables, or meat products. Instead, there are plenty of beers, radlers, etc., which are unnecessary for us. The dining is good. Small menu and the food is tasty, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 30 minutes each time (4 times) before someone took our order or even acknowledged us. The staff was three and unfortunately overwhelmed, despite the empty dining hall. The sanitary facilities are clean. Unfortunately, there is only thin recycled toilet paper, nothing for children's bottoms. Furthermore, they are very cold, and hot showers cost €0.50 for 3 minutes. Very outdated system. And for children showering alone, impossible!! Due to Corona, the game room was unfortunately closed, and there was no information about this at the time of booking!!! The restaurant offers a roll service with pre-order the night before. The rolls are not of world-class quality or even okay. Every baking roll is better. Prices are completely fine. At the large playground and at parts of the beach, there are oak trees with plenty of nests from the oak processionary moth!! The problem is known; the site was probably closed in June because of this. The problem still exists! Nevertheless, there was no information about this either!!!! Very borderline and dangerous, especially since one of my children has allergies! The next town is 5 km away and the bus stop is 2 km away. Without a car or bicycle, you can't do anything here!! It was nice, but under these circumstances, this place is no longer worth four stars. We will not come back.

This campsite is wonderfully located, very modernized, and offers many recreational opportunities and a beautiful environment. Camping directly by the lake among fragrant pines on sandy ground. An indoor playground, swimming opportunities, relaxation, and excursions in the Münsterland complete the stay.

Free standing right by the lake possible, under trees with space for the hammock ;-) Lake is not deep, great for kids, but could be bigger. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, few activity options within walking distance...

We were here for 3 nights in July this year. The kids (12 & 8) had a blast and were busy all day (catching shrimp, swimming, go-karting, playing soccer, mini-golfing). The sunset by the lake is unique. The sanitary facilities are okay...., but I have definitely seen better. For a short trip, I would definitely come back!
