Campingplatz Fränkische Schweiz

Simply a dreamlike landscape with streams. Very well maintained. We have been coming here for many years and see new things every year. Here you can see that the money is also being invested. The owners are very friendly and flexible. Accessible 24 hours a day, and check-in is also possible 24 hours a day. The washrooms are old but clean and well-kept. In the kiosk, you can get everything you need. Especially daily homemade cakes and pastries. The pitches are large and very clean. Everything here was created with heart 40 years ago and is run with care to this day. This place is suitable for everyone: tents, large caravans, children, retirees, families... Thank you

the location of the site would really be nice and the operators are really friendly. Rolls and cakes delicious. Sanitary facilities at least 30 years old and I was only in there once, that was enough for me, very sad. Also far too little for the size of the site. We wanted to stay for 3 days, but left after the first night, and for that, we paid over €30. Additionally, there is no mobile phone network available there. WiFi can be purchased for 1 hour via a little note - but only at the kiosk. In today's world, that's no longer an option!!!

The campsite is located in a beautiful valley by a small river. Unfortunately, it is very close to the road. However, the site is in a miserable condition. Generally quite unkempt and extremely muddy when it rains. Absolutely awful and outdated are the sanitation facilities. They feel like they are from the 70s, far too small and there are few toilets. Everything is always wet inside and water drips from the ceiling. Moreover, there is mold on the ceiling and it is deteriorating in structure. Those who need to wash their dishes stand right at the entrance to the men's toilet. Accordingly, it smells bad there. All in all, the site is not recommended. Additionally, it is too expensive for what is offered. Too bad. The landscape and the surroundings are great.

Whoever doesn't take this spot doesn't deserve it. This spot impresses with the friendliness of the operators, the great location in the heart of Franconian Switzerland, the friendly and open guests of the spot, who still understand the soul of camping. We had a good time even with sanitary facilities that had aged but were always clean. Thank you very much! Best wishes from the two sisters.

Great location, 10-15 minutes on foot to the city, waste disposal and water filling available for the RV, and electrical connection, entrance hard to find due to poor signage.

The location is beautifully situated, but it has aged quite a bit. The sanitary facilities are not the most modern :( but they were clean. Washing dishes right next to the (obviously poorly ventilated) men's restrooms was a challenge.... that's why we moved on the next day...
