Very nice reception by the owners even during lunchtime. Yes, the site has aged and you can see that in the sanitary facilities, which, however, are neat, clean, and functional still better than some sanitary containers found in the Netherlands, which even receive 4 stars with their modest mist showers. Well, for some, the water temperature might be 1-2 degrees warmer, but the ladies do have hand showers. There is no paper in the toilets. However, each guest can request toilet paper. A measure for hygienic reasons that I can understand. The pitches directly located by the Ems River are indescribably idyllic. From here, you don't hear any street noise. I recommend a visit to the restaurant. The price/performance ratio is really good. Even the salad side with the secret recipe of a raspberry dressing is a treat for the palate. We will come back.

Beautiful places located by the Ems. Great for cycling tours. Nice operators. Wi-Fi only in the restaurant area. Sanitary facilities are clean, but very outdated.
