Beautiful campsite, although the tent pitches are nicer than the caravan spots. However... you go crazy from the mosquitoes, we couldn't sit outside after 6 PM ...

Cozy nature camping by the Baltic Sea

Beautifully located nature camping with unmarked pitches under pines. Nice beach, very clean sanitary facilities. On the site, there is a snack truck and a small shop with a roll service. The site is surprisingly sheltered from the wind. Great starting point for bike tours. This part of Rügen is more for people seeking tranquility.

Absolutely unfriendly reception

The lady at the reception said, in a strangely brusque tone, that only a spot in the forest was free. However, from the neighboring Knaus Camping we saw over the next 3 days that the CP Draaiwolk was only weakly occupied. Perhaps ACSI cards are not popular?

We were here for the second time and found it good. Sanitary facilities clean and functional, short distances to the Baltic Sea, rolls could be pre-ordered at the mini-market and were delicious, in the pine and oak forest, helpful staff.

Cozy campsite on Rügen close to the beach. WC and shower facilities very clean. The kiosk is small but nice. The rolls are very good. We would love to come back.

Good campsite near the beach
Very good8
Martin
Had issues with the reservation via the homepage. Did not receive confirmation. But it went well by phone. Staff very nice. Sanitary facilities good and clean. Trash bins near the site were regularly emptied by the site managers (multiple times a day). The campsite is located close to the beach. Waste disposal for motorhomes in the northern area of the campsite. Small minimarket with bread service.

Very Quiet

The pitches are more than uneven and interwoven with exposed roots (POSSIBLE without a tent rug); Sanitary facilities acceptable, but have experienced better; Staff friendly; Groundkeepers patrol several times a day; unpartitioned pitches; dog-friendly; for my children it was nothing, as next to a (somewhat aging) playground there was not much else to offer... No refund (personal fee) in case of early (unintentional) departure.
