⭐ 1/5 – Shocking treatment. Never again Camping Dentall. We left early with our three children. The campsite has no atmosphere, the showers are terrible and chargeable, and at the pool there are so many rules that children can hardly be children. Absolutely not child-friendly. The worst part was how our departure was handled. The reception told us that we only needed to pay for the nights we stayed and that this could only be done in CASH. So we specially drove to the village to withdraw money. The next morning, the story suddenly changed: because we had booked through ANWB, we had to pay the FULL AMOUNT. They didn't want to know anything about yesterday's agreement. And when I mentioned that I didn't have that amount in cash, suddenly card payment was acceptable! Disrespectful, unprofessional, and totally unwelcoming. Our complaint is now with ANWB. For us, never again!

We were there for a weekend. We were received very kindly. Payment is done at checkout. Unfortunately, the EC device was defective. However, there is a Sparkasse nearby (about 3 km). The size of the campsite and the pitches is sufficient. Part of it is terraced. That's very nice. You can pre-order rolls for the next morning. For children, there is a nice playground as well as a natural swimming pond. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated, which wouldn't be a problem if they were clean. The toilet area is still okay, but unfortunately, the shower area was not particularly clean. In the area, you can hike very well, even with children, it's not a problem.

Very friendly team. Very well-kept site with free choice of parking space. Great starting point for hikes (also great with dogs, as there is a forest area directly adjacent). Sanitary facilities are clean, shower rooms (with proper shower cubicles!) are of reasonable size, allowing you to turn around without getting bruises. Sauna and solarium are also on site. The directly neighboring restaurant with good home-style cooking is also recommended. We would love to come back here!!
