Camping Brunautal

we were here in October and had a spot right by the Rhine. We called on the day of arrival in the morning, we received our pitch number and the unlocking for the gate by phone, so that we could also arrive between 12:00 and 14:00. Great service. Clean sanitary facilities. Friendly staff, we will go there again.

Good location, very dog-friendly environment

Very nice campsite with a very friendly operator and great restaurant (super menu, reasonable prices). The pitches are completely flat and 100 or 130 sqm in size. Sanitary facilities will be modern and clean in 2025. Despite being near the road, it is very quiet at night. We only wanted to stay 1 night for a stopover, but ended up staying 2: The heath beckons, so biking and hiking. The dog was also welcome.

Great little campsite with a nice owner. The sanitary facilities were always clean. In the shop, you can get the essentials and rolls can be ordered the day before. Unfortunately, we didn't try the restaurant on the site, but it was always busy. Unfortunately, there is no playground on the site. There is a small forest next to it from which you can also reach Brunausee, and there is also a playground there. The pitch is fenced off with grids, but unfortunately, the area for the tent is not separated by hedges or similar. From there, you can quickly reach the highway, Bispingen and other excursion destinations such as Behringer Heide or Wildpark Lüneburger Heider.

Relatively spontaneous booking for a night at the heideblüte. Despite being fully booked, we still found a great little spot. The owner is fantastic and very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Huge praise. The food and staff at the restaurant were also excellent!! We will definitely come back. The only downside is the 4 free minutes for showering, which is quite sporty for women with long hair... we would love 1-2 minutes longer! Otherwise top-notch and the sanitary facilities are always clean.

Super place, quietly located. Ideal as a starting point for cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath. Very tidy, clean sanitary facilities, very friendly campsite manager.

Friendly, helpful, and very relaxed site owners. Cozy and quiet spot, good location. Swimming lake nearby. Heide accessible on foot. Great price-performance ratio, delicious food at the small restaurant on the premises, well-maintained sanitary facilities. Small kiosk for essentials.
