Nature camping, sanitary facilities clean, showers far too small. Pizzeria on site could be better and friendlier.

The campsite has a great location, directly on the Müritz with small bathing bays, an Italian restaurant with delicious food, friendly staff, and a view of the lake. We had a comfort pitch in the 'first row.' You can choose your spot and set up freely. If you are lucky, you also have a direct view of the lake; otherwise, there are a few trees in front of you, which is not bad. Nature is simply beautiful. Unfortunately, water and electricity are sometimes poorly distributed and unreachable (our 25 m cable was just enough). The site itself has probably seen better days for several years. The sanitary facilities are clean but remind me of an East German youth hostel (old and not maintained, with some defective parts). The site itself also does not seem to be well-maintained (paths are not discernable/volleyball court overgrown). Simply too expensive!

The pitches are located within a forest mainly covered with pine trees. It is nice to have the freedom to choose your spot within the booked area. You may set up wherever you like. The entire campsite is completely open and not constrained by hedges. Power and water connections are available everywhere. There are two large sanitary facilities that were very clean and always well-equipped (soap dispensers and toilet paper). The use is already included in the price, including showers. Unfortunately, this is not a given everywhere. There are several small beaches. We did not see any pollution in the water. The water has a very shallow access, so you can easily walk 100 meters and an adult is just with their navel in the water. Perfect for children, just like the entire site.

Great location directly by the Müritz river, located under trees. However, the prices currently being charged are no longer in any relation to the amenities of the site. At the designated dog beach, the water was hardly passable due to washed-up plants and similar things. An undefinable brown mass in the water for the first 1.5 meters meant that I had to carry the dog into the water. However, I also did not want to wade through there a second time. The sanitation buildings could definitely use a complete renovation; the showers are uncomfortable and narrow, all sinks lack a plug, and the drain is wide open. For the price, there is definitely much more comfort in Denmark or the Netherlands. I definitely don't need "glamping" while camping, but then the price level has to be appropriate.

It is a cozy nature campsite. Unfortunately, it is very crowded on summer weekends and also loud in the evenings, for which there is a security service that reliably ensures peace. If you want to paddle, this is the right place for you. The water of the Müritz is shallow for a long distance, and there is a canal on the water leading to the national park. Nature camping and wild camping are a matter of taste; however, we have been here twice for paddling.

Great location, good bathing opportunities. Friendly staff. The free choice of parking spaces makes the site unfortunately appear 'chaotic'. 75% permanent campers? The parcels look very neglected. Showers too cramped, no sufficient storage options.

The operator clearly focuses more on the holiday homes than on the campsite. Unfortunately, this can't be described as well-kept, even if it is a nature campsite, as much more could be done, especially in the sanitary facilities. If you want to leave earlier, there is only minimal accommodation regarding the price.

I have been camping since 1965 and have known C15 since 1979. It is always fun to experience camping in its true essence here. Only the access road from Rechlin to the turnoff to the site urgently needs renovation - it surely dates back to the times of the air force testing station and has only been patched up.
