Classic campsite, as known from Brandenburg. Pine forest, lake with private access, and somewhat outdated sanitary facilities. However, it is beautifully located, although it is somewhat in the flight path, but it is not far to Berlin using public transport.

The location is really good. You can quickly get to Berlin and the lake as well as the surrounding ambiance are really nice to see. Depending on where you stand (free seating choice), it is also quiet. However, the sanitary facilities could be improved. The toilets smell of urine, the floor is dirty, and the sinks are the same. Clean towels? Not available. (In the ladies') The showers look clean at first glance. There are lockable individual showers that are really VERY small (not suitable for slightly overweight individuals). Upon check-in, you were informed about the quiet hours starting at 10 PM. Many adhered to this, but the back shop turned into a disco from 9:30 PM. (loud music and outside, they sat, shouted, drank, and smoked) Overall, a rather mediocre campsite that definitely needs improvement!!!

We wanted to stay at this campsite for a week at the end of May. We were allowed to choose a spot, which I think is fantastic, and we found one. We immediately had nice campers around us and felt comfortable. Every morning fresh rolls at the bakery with the proprietor really having a "Berlin spirit"... Super friendly and always in a good mood. After a few days, we felt so comfortable that we canceled our onward journey. Of course, the fantastic weather played a role, the great Krossinsee, even with a small sandy beach, as well as many opportunities for activities. So we stayed there throughout the Whitsun holidays. What surprised me was that even during a fully booked time, there were never overcrowded facilities. Whether toilets, emptying stations, showers... you never had to wait anywhere. Despite the heavy traffic during Whitsun, everything was always clean and in order. Well, the restaurant belonging to the campsite is a bit expensive, but there are other options available. A tip... When entering Schmökwitz, on the right-hand side "Villa Toskana". Super pizzeria with great service, excellent products, and reasonable prices. In any case, we ended up staying at this campsite for 3 weeks, and I think we will return to this place someday.

The spot is located directly beautifully by the Krossinsee on the outskirts of Berlin. From here, you can take the bus and train into the city. The spot can sometimes be quite crowded and very tightly packed. The sanitary facilities no longer necessarily meet current standards. There is a very nice Austrian restaurant by the water and a huge children's playground.

The campsite is conveniently located for travel to Berlin (bus and train connections). You can start large walks from there, even with a dog. Direct access to the lake.

This is the perfect spot for families with children, as well as business travelers and day guests from Berlin with a camper van. Although located in the city area of Berlin Mitte in the forest, it is easily accessible. The tram ride into the city is particularly recommended. The staff is mostly very friendly and eager to help. There is free Wi-Fi, which is mostly sufficient for checking emails. It may have been a coincidence, but every time I was there (for business), there were also drunken party guests present, making noise deep into the night. The campsite management seems indifferent to this or at least unaware, as the permanent campers seem to not notice it at all. Surprisingly, if you want to sleep peacefully, you are better off at a site on the highway in Kleinmachnow.

The comfortably equipped campsite Berlin impresses with its child- and pet-friendly ambience. With an excellent location in the middle of nature with access to the lake and at the same time close to the city centre of Berlin, it is an ideal place for a varied recreational and active holiday.
The 9-hectare campsite is open all year round and has a total of 260 pitches for holidaymakers. The tree-covered site offers plenty of shade, closeness to nature and privacy. The WLAN connection throughout the site is popular with young and old alike. Water and electricity connections, washrooms, a kitchen and modern sanitary facilities also ensure a comfortable stay. Younger guests in particular can romp around in the lovingly designed adventure playground, let off steam in the bouncy castle or take part in the children's club's varied entertainment programme. Of course, the directly accessible Krossinsee lake is a popular meeting place, especially in the warmer months. The lake is suitable for swimming and has a small harbour with private moorings. Motor or pedal boats can also be hired for a lovely day on the water. There is a small grocery shop with fresh bread rolls, snacks and drinks every day. You can also treat yourself to regional dishes and fresh cakes in the restaurant on the beautiful lakeside terrace. A trip to the centre of Berlin, just 27 km away, with its countless cultural institutions such as the Märkisches Museum or the Museum of Technology is worthwhile whatever the weather.
