Simple clean place. Very quiet location. Sanitary facilities are very clean.

When making a last-minute telephone reservation one hour before arrival (7 PM) due to unplanned stops because of traffic and weather, super friendly 👍 However, there was panic on the operator's side the next morning about whether I could get my camper, length 7.30m, off the soaked ground due to continuous rain. Yes, I can manage that, it was no problem. Slightly sloped, gravel - but mostly grassy areas as pitch locations that are each perpendicular to the slope. Not suitable for staying longer with a child. At least during the week, there is no roll service. Sanitary facilities are functional.

We spent a little less than a week in mid-September at the Bergesruh campsite and felt very comfortable despite a lot of rain. We had a mostly gravel and thus lucky nearly dry pitch with a magnificent view at the edge of a large orchard, next to pear, apple, and plum trees. The sanitary facilities are modern, always well cleaned, with soap and towels for hand drying always available. As the name suggests, the site is very quiet. Lauf an der Pegnitz is quickly reachable, and Nuremberg and Erlangen are good excursion destinations. We will come back!

A very quiet place in a picturesque location. Clean sanitary facilities with all necessary amenities. Campsites are sufficiently large. The region has a lot to offer. Centrally located for excursions to the Franconian Switzerland, Nuremberg, Erlangen, and other interesting cities. In summary, worth a trip.
