After Christmas 2025, we stayed here at this campsite for the first time for 8 days over New Year's. Very clean sanitary facility. Well-maintained campsite. Winter service, rolls, and service were very good. We really enjoyed our time here. On New Year's Day, there was an afternoon camper gathering with free grilled sausages, mulled wine, and non-alcoholic punch.

The parking spaces for campers are excellently designed. Electricity, fresh water, and sometimes even gray water discharge are directly available at the parking spot. Absolutely recommended! We were traveling with three motorhomes and were allowed to build a wagon fort on the camping meadow. Close to sanitary facilities, which were super clean by the way. Very accessible, quiet, and everything you need is there. The bike path runs right past the site, and you hear little from the road. Short distances to the promenade of Duhnen (5 min.) and along the dunes to Cuxhaven (15 min.). We could spontaneously extend our stay and will definitely come back. The fact that there is no restaurant on site did not bother us, as we are mostly self-catering. Also, there are wonderful restaurants on the beach in Duhnen.
