Between Diez and Lahnstein, the river is partially accompanied by busy roads. Combined with ship traffic, this situation can lead to noise disturbances at campsites located along the river.

This is a beautiful campsite by the Lahn, surrounded by woods and nature. The sanitary facilities are clean, and the nearby supermarkets and bakeries make for a relaxing stay. There are many opportunities for excursions. The staff was very nice. My suggestion for improvement would be to provide paper towels in the shower rooms, since not everyone leaves the sinks clean. Additionally, in the older sanitary facilities, it would be good to have soap and towels available at the central sink. Unfortunately, we couldn't try out the kiosk and the dining area, as they were closed for the duration of our stay.

A campsite as it should be, without perfect pitches, but with a good camaraderie among all the different campers.

We had a wonderful time with you again. Overall, the spot by the volleyball court was good. However, there were several instances of children who wanted to dictate that we couldn't lay our cable across the grass, claiming they had already tripped and hurt themselves. They intentionally lifted the cable to demonstrate how dangerous it was on the grass adjacent to the volleyball court when in fact, it was behind the motorhome next to us. Since we didn't remove the cable, our Maltese and the neighbor's motorhome were bombarded with balls. Additionally, the power supply was constantly being moved up and down, and they jumped on it, hitting their heads. They were quite cheeky. This somewhat marred our stay. Best wishes until next time. We have visited you several times before. Family Freitag.

The campsite is very well located. The lady at the reception is very nice. Unfortunately, the campsite does not have a shop. The second toilet block is not nice at all and is in very poor condition. The grass could at least have been mowed for the long weekend. There are no pitch numbers and the power boxes are unfortunately far away.
