The bathrooms and washing area are freshly renovated, everything is well heated, and the reception is really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the municipal greywater disposal in the access road was not yet operational, and the water taps on the campsite were still in winter hibernation. The street across on the other side of the Lahn was a bit annoying during rush hour, but otherwise very quiet. Shops, restaurants, train station, and park are within walking distance. By bike, you can quickly reach the LahnWeinSteig in Oberndorf.

The owner and all staff are very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. We felt very comfortable. The food truck that was specifically organized for our camper meeting was also brilliant. We will gladly come back.

We really liked the campsite, the staff was very friendly, and everything was well maintained. One thing that bothered me as an angler was that I couldn't find a spot by the water as every meter was occupied by a boat; perhaps one should create a small free space. Additionally, I didn't find an access point for a paddle boat except in the nearby canoe club. But we would always be happy to come back.
