I camped here in the early 90s, when I was a teenager. That's why I was even more excited to be able to stay in a dune lodge this time. I love the location in the dunes. The nature is filled with pheasants, rabbits, and geese who passed by my lodge with their goslings. The sanitary facilities were perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I missed my 3 PM ferry with the DB, so I arrived after the camping shop had closed. I was warmly welcomed by Robert, who took me to my little cabin. Everything else went smoothly as well. It might be nice to offer a small food package for the first day, or the option to buy small amounts of salt, sugar, butter, tea, and coffee.
