Campingplatz Amici Lodges

We had a comfort pitch that was very large and thus offered enough space for the caravan and awning. The adjacent Amici Beach is very well maintained and can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. That is where the positives end. We had booked in advance. Upon arrival, they tried to put us in a tent field and claimed that we had not booked a comfort pitch. Only after presenting the booking confirmation did it become clear that pitches are systematically overbooked here. After much back and forth, we finally got our comfort pitch. There, the electricity had gone out and was not restored until one day before our departure. Our neighbor was kind enough to share his connection with us. The men's toilets are far too few in number, making it necessary to queue in the morning. At least the seat was warm.

We went to the CP for the first time. It is very quiet and the pitches are nicely arranged. The sanitary facilities were clean and well set up.

Too often way too loud. Annoying sound system with thumping bass for many hours! No relaxation Out of 8 nights, there were at least 4 nights full of "thumping bass/music" from boho beach (possibly also from elsewhere), often starting as early as noon at an absolutely uncomfortable volume. And this went on until 2 in the morning or even half past 3. It goes through the marrow and sleeping is out of the question!

The campsite is beautifully situated. It's quiet and cozy there! You can do great biking tours, e.g. to the town of Roermond or the adjacent outlet center. We had a very nice pitch right by the lake. The sanitary facilities are clean and thus fine. The staff on site are absolutely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

We have been here for the third time for 3 to 4 weeks. We never had any problems, a phone call is enough, and they also wait until 7:00 PM for us to arrive. Water, electricity, and sewage are available. The sanitary facilities are cleaned 3 times, even at night on weekends. Unfortunately, one cannot paddle across the lake with the stand-up paddleboard, only in the swimming area. Very good access to well-known discounters in Germany and the Netherlands, about 15 minutes of driving time. All respect to the staff, 4 men and one woman are always busy maintaining the site. We would love to come back next year.

Space OK. Everything clean and tidy. However, strict opening hours for the reception and gate times. The shower heads could use some renewal or descaling. The archaic system of shower tokens could also be modernized. Unfortunately, the reservation system only allows for space categories and no direct space numbers.

We were just passing through. The campsite is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are clean. Right by the lake, large pitches. We were greeted very warmly. One downside: after 5:00 PM, newcomers cannot enter the site because the reception is only open until 5:00 PM. Only 4 stars because the arrival times should be slightly adjusted.

This is the third time here. I must say everyone is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back. A very good campsite. Very quiet location also suitable for dogs.
