Very nice location. Well-kept site, very nice and helpful staff. Good mix of permanent and holiday campers. Sanitary facilities very clean. Shopping options 1.5 km away. Quiet, relaxed stay? You can do it here!

Well-maintained site, only motorhomes that are larger are not necessarily suitable. We stayed for 2 nights at the site, had booked a lake view. But we only had a view of a metal roof, the neighboring motorhome had the same. Generally, the view of the lake is not really guaranteed. The site is, however, really well-maintained. We cannot say anything about the sanitary facilities, as we have everything in our motorhome and use it.

The location of the site is a dream. We had a pitch directly by the lake. What we were not aware of when booking, and which was not mentioned, was that only the main wash house (not the closer one, of course) was open. And since we were there over the Easter holidays and thus in the off-season, only 2 of the 8 toilets were opened on the first day, and with the increasing number of people, even 6 were opened later. Regarding the showers, it remained at 2 out of 5. Also, the cleaning was only done once early in the morning, and the paper towels and hand soap often did not last throughout the day. The restaurant on the site was reported to be open online, but that was not the case! One should also know that the water on the premises is turned on only from the beginning of April (unless it freezes again); otherwise, it is sometimes a long walk to get water. Unfortunately, no one took care of the site rules! Large dogs roamed around unleashed, and the traffic during the quiet hours was also interesting since the barrier was "closed" from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. However, what must be clearly highlighted is the cohesion and friendliness of the permanent campers, who organized an Easter fire, were always ready to listen to any questions, and adhered excellently to the site rules. Thank you! All in all, a site that is absolutely good and recommendable in terms of value for money, if one is willing to make one or another compromise.

Booked a not quite inexpensive spot in the 1st row by the lake with friends, yet worth every cent, facilities very clean, quiet hours are observed, relaxed neighbors (permanent campers), explored nature with the SUP, simply wonderful, thank you very much

The social areas were always clean. The place is very well equipped. The Lahr has direct access to the lake. We were greeted very kindly. The only downside was that there was neither a restaurant nor a kiosk, and no rolls were available.

We (an older couple) had already booked a pitch in February and at that time had a larger selection. In the end, we decided on a pitch near the second sanitary building. The pitch was large enough to comfortably accommodate the caravan, awning, and car. The electrical connection was nearby, and the wastewater connection was directly at the pitch; water could be taken from a "filling station" just a few steps away using a hose. However, the water extraction point needed to be cleaned again, and some of the wastewater drains were missing their lids! The toilets, showers, and dishwashing sinks were always found to be clean, and the cleaning staff did a good job. The site management was very helpful, friendly, and competent. The restaurant on the site is relatively small, but it is sufficient for the size of the site. The food and drinks offered were at fair prices. Simply great: Lake Krakow as a swimming lake. The fact that a large part of the site is occupied by permanent campers did not bother us here (in contrast to some other places) at all. One was always greeted friendly, and in our case (missing Scart cable and flat tire), we even received neighborly help! Unfortunately, there is hardly any internet reception throughout the site, which on the other hand has the advantage that one can leave their smartphone unused sometimes ;)

A great campsite right by the lake. Very nice reception; despite the dryness, there is still a lawn by the clear lake. The restaurant has really improved over the years and now offers higher quality dishes at affordable prices. Dogs are very well accommodated here and have their own beach. We will gladly come again.
