Campingplatz Am Krähenberg

As our review indicates, this is essentially a good, recommendable campsite where we would gladly return. However, for us, an absolute no-go is the fact that the operators evidently allow "Ballermann"-like drinking parties to continue late into the night. Complaints to the staff and to the party-goers were unfortunately unsuccessful. As a result, we had two extremely annoying and sleepless nights. From discussions with permanent campers, we learned that this was unfortunately not an isolated incident.

The staff is good and friendly. We checked in outside of opening hours and were still able to choose a spot. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm what others have written about the new energy that has come with the change of ownership. Three years after the reviews written here, not much has changed. The wash facilities are clean, but unfortunately, have been poorly renovated. A lot has been started but not finished. The steps to the restaurant are very crooked and have sunk. The price for a night is certainly inexpensive, but not really worth much more. The team should invest some money to completely renovate.

The campsite got new operators in April, and they have done a great job preparing the place. The playground has been renovated, and the pitches are well laid out. The power boxes are close to the pitches. The Wi-Fi is free for two devices. The site also has its own app, which includes great recommendations and events. There is also a roll delivery service; you can adjust your selection for a week or daily. The restaurant on the site is very good and is also visited by people from outside the site. The access is very good, just off the main road into the town, and you’re there. No narrow access through serpentines. The nearest camping market is only a 15-minute drive away. The showers and toilets are always clean. If something is missing or not to your liking, you can bring it up, and if possible, it will be taken care of immediately.

Beautiful and especially clean campsite. Everyone is very friendly and you always feel welcome. Small shop and bread roll service, playground and inexpensive restaurant. Always clean sanitary facilities. Camper, 2 adults, 3 children including electricity and shower, etc. 25 € per night at the beginning of July.

We spontaneously looked for an overnight accommodation. We were received very kindly at an early hour and were even served a "special treat" in the restaurant. We will definitely come back. Price/performance very good. Unfortunately, there is no roll service yet.

Visited the site for Men’s Day until May 24th, and the new tenants are approaching their work with enthusiasm and joy, super friendly welcome, well-distributed area where friendly staff are attentive to the guests. Sanitary facilities are super clean and are still being modernized. A restaurant with great and affordably priced food rounds off the whole deal - keep it up, we will come back with dogs.

Nice, manageable place. Very quiet, with a restaurant on the square. Recommended in summer and winter. Day trips to Goslar, Bad Harzburg, etc.

NICE RECEPTION Everything clean and top-notch. All campers very friendly. I will come back this year with family.
