Pitching areas under tall oaks and pines as well as on a meadow with fruit trees and other younger deciduous and coniferous trees. Some few pitches also on a treeless part of the meadow. Located at a former farmstead, in the midst of an extensive forested area. Occasionally noise from the nearby main road.

Great location and everything very close to nature. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but always clean and that's the main thing.

Nice staff, but it would have been nice to be accompanied to the parking spot. The street names and space numbers are not immediately recognizable. Otherwise, it's quiet and you can go on many bike tours. The Easter fire was also successful.

Yes, the campsite is beautifully situated, the overall area is very nicely divided and there are many play opportunities for the little campers. It's great that the play and ball game areas are somewhat separated by age group. But not everything that glitters is gold. Let me start from the beginning. Just the access to the campsite dims the anticipation. A field path is in better condition. One pothole after another, and I am sure that the coming winter will not improve the situation. The caravan and/or camper van are shaken quite a bit even at walking speed. The paths to the pitches are also heavily worn and during rain, deep puddles form that can stretch for meters. I don't know if any inspections have ever been carried out in the dark? The area is so poorly lit on the access roads that the aforementioned puddles become an uncontrolled risk. For older visitors or campers, it's unreasonable to reach the sanitary facilities in the dark. This brings me to the next point. The sanitary facilities are very clean but totally outdated and do not do justice to a 3-star site. Showers, faucets, and changing facilities are very inadequate. There is no intermediate door between the shower and the changing area. This is naturally very wet after showering and one cannot get into clean clothes while still dry. Please just start with new faucets. The office hours seem to be staffed flexibly. The service of personally showing you the site and the electricity and water connections does not seem to be handled everywhere, which is a real shame, as the staff is very nice. But that may be cost-cutting measures. So if we see that something is being done, we will gladly come back. You can feel very comfortable there, but the deficiencies must be checked by the ADAC and remedied by the owner; otherwise, I find that the stars are not justified.

I would like to put the overall rating of the campers "excellent" at Pincamp into perspective. If top sanitation facilities elsewhere just manage to achieve 4.5 bars, the sanitation facilities' rating by ADAC with 4 bars is certainly too high: In old buildings, only the bare necessities, basic equipment, few storage options at the sinks, some sinks closed due to Corona (which is fine), but carelessly marked out of operation with red-white construction tape, aged, toilet partitions open both at the bottom and top, poorly ventilated, low number of sinks, everything needs a refresh, especially for the men's facilities. Cleanliness could also be improved: Rating 2.5 bars. There are certainly also positive aspects to mention, but you can read about those in the other reviews.

Nice operators and staff, clean sanitary facilities, small shop on site. Sleeping in barrels possible. Surrounded by lots of nature, pitches shaded under oaks and pines, but also sunny spots possible, all on grass. Playground generously designed with a mud area where kids can also tap water for squishing. The nearby Furlbach invites for splashing around. Well suited for dogs, as there is a nice round for walking directly from the site. Unfortunately, the nearby Sennesee is not allowed for swimming, but you can obtain a fishing license. A place to feel good 👌

We were at the campsite with our family tent in June. The operators are extremely nice and the site is beautifully shady. You can smell nature everywhere due to the adjacent heath. All pitches are equipped with electricity and the children had a lot of fun with the two playgrounds.
