we were on our way from Denmark to Franconia. We just wanted to stop and have a quiet overnight stay halfway. We were incredibly warmly welcomed. They personally showed us the parking spot. There is the possibility to canoe in the very clean river or even swim. Brrr. cold. That doesn't happen so often! I even believe it is possible to fish. So anyone who wants to take a break coming from the south to Scandinavia and would like to relax a bit will be well taken care of, as it is also close to the Seesen highway exit. There was a small piece of chocolate on top. Always happy to return!

The sanitary facilities are somewhat older, but they are cleaned every day and currently additionally disinfected. The overall impression was clean. Trash bins are available in every room, and there is always someone present to act as a contact person in case of questions. Walking with the dogs in the nearby area is simply nice. There are also bags for the droppings, and the nearest store (Lidl) is about 1km away. One thing is certain: we will come back!
