Very well located and very well equipped.
The campsite is very well equipped and well located, antisocial behavior of the older man at the reception. Unfriendliness is highly valued and practiced here. He seems overwhelmed. Questions are answered curtly, and I perceive the behavior towards women as hostile. Restaurant, site, and facilities … More

Never again
If we had only dealt with the junior contact, the review would have been better. He is very friendly and helpful. Due to the previous reviews, I was already prepared for the senior. We had booked 2 nights with late departure. The reception was... well, let's leave it at that. The paths are very narr… More

Excellent cuisine and friendly staff, but the owner leaves much to be desired
The campsite itself is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the owner significantly clouds the overall picture with his rude behavior. Particularly when he works in the restaurant, unpleasant interactions can be expected. The restaurant's kitchen is excellent, but the … More

Very nicely located, sanitary facilities are top-notch
This place features a beautiful location with a direct view of the lake and a clean ambiance. The pitches are arranged in terraces. The higher pitches are very far from the central building. The sanitary facilities are very good and are cleaned frequently and thoroughly. There is a microwave and 2 h… More

Beautiful site, unfriendly senior manager
The site is very well-kept and beautifully terraced. There is a bathing opportunity and water skiing. The dining options on the premises are also good. There were event days with stone oven pizza and BBQ. That was really great. You can enjoy nice hiking and appreciate nature there. The bathroo… More

Well-maintained site, unfriendly reception
Unfriendly reception by a less communicative gentleman. We were assigned a spot that we could only reach with difficulty and much maneuvering with the motorhome. The spot and facilities are very well kept. Unfortunately, we had no cell phone, TV, or internet reception at our spot. Bookable Wi-Fi for… More

Great Place
As we experienced 6 years ago, we had a great time at the place with everything around it, the only improvement was the junior manager, keep it up :-)

The comfortable camping park Wiesenbeker Teich is located in the middle of a nature reserve that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to its natural location, the campsite also offers a child-friendly atmosphere and a wide range of leisure activities for an unforgettable relaxing and active holiday with the family.
The campsite, which is open all year round and also welcomes dogs, offers plenty of space with a total area of 10 hectares. The 60 pitches for holidaymakers, 40 of which are parcelled out, are between 80 m² and 100 m² in size. Well-maintained sanitary facilities, an available WLAN connection as well as water and electricity connections ensure a comfortable stay. The campsite stands out in particular due to its extremely quiet atmosphere with no through traffic and its beautiful location with a view of the lake. Nevertheless, there is a playground for children and a volleyball court where young and old can let off steam. One of the highlights, however, is the directly accessible bathing lake, which even has drinking water quality. On the 60 metre long sandy beach, you can spend a wonderful day on the lake, especially when the weather is fine. Boats can even be hired if required. The kiosk offers a selection of snacks and drinks as well as a morning bread roll service. The adjoining Wiesenbek Baude restaurant serves rustic classics with a modern twist for culinary delights. The area around the campsite is ideal for an extensive hike or cycle tour. The Kirchberg thermal spa, 2 kilometres away, is also extremely popular and is worth a visit in any weather with its well-tempered thermal pools, saunas and other wellness treatments.
