Everything was great! A perfect facility to feel comfortable. Fantastic amenities! And I was thrilled with the variety of “easy-cleaners.” Top! The only aspect that we really disliked was the lack of friendliness from the receptionist. It’s such a shame because that’s the first contact you have. I understand that Thursdays can be hectic and that sometimes it’s hard to smile. But from a guest's perspective, it’s really unfortunate. There are also guests who have had a stressful day. We also worked until 3:30 PM and had to "battle through" the main travel time, but that isn’t an excuse for responding unkindly to our friendly question. I have been working in the service industry for 33 years, and thus I would hope for a kinder response to a small, nicely asked question on my next visit.

It was very nice again. We stayed near the brand new shower house, really wonderful. The pitches there are huge. There's also a kitchen available and an outdoor kitchen in addition. The cotton candy machine is also a big hit! The location by the Örtze is wonderful. Winsen is reachable on foot 👌.

We have visited this campsite several times (10 times). Every area is lovely and has something to offer! This time we explored the new section. The hedges have not yet grown, but the arrangement is again brilliantly done.
