Campingpark Nabburg

For us, it feels like we are camping in a parking lot along the highway. Unfortunately for us, it was the wrong choice. There is little to no tall vegetation for shade. In our opinion, it is a stopover campsite. The sanitary facilities are fairly new but are not well maintained. The separate payment for electricity is very unclear, and you must pay in advance, so you have no idea when your credit runs out and how much you have used. We are looking for something else.

We used the site for 2 nights during a trip. Everything runs fully automatically. The machines are easy to operate and self-explanatory! The outdoor pool next to it has really very moderate prices. You definitely can and should take advantage of that! In some areas, there is a need for improvement in the wet areas. It seemed a bit lacking for the size of the site! Anytime again!

Uncomplicated for transit.

The handling was completely anonymous. No one is available for questions. The site was empty, and we were assigned a spot right next to the garbage area. There is no one we could ask for assistance. Shopping options are non-existent. There are only vending machines that do not work. The pictures on the site are very beautiful, but misleading. The restroom is not included.

The campsite is easily accessible from the A6 and A93 motorways, but currently, there are many roadworks in the town of Nabburg, resulting in some detours. Check-in and check-out is possible 24/7 at the automated machines, which are easy to use. The campsite offers good recreational facilities, including an outdoor pool with water slides and a diving board right next door. Bicycles can be rented on-site. The staff is friendly, and despite the high occupancy during the Pentecost holiday (the site was fully booked), everything was clean and well-maintained. Sanitary facilities are available and also clean. The guests were relaxed and friendly, partly due to the perfect weather during Pentecost. For children, there is a playground (well-designed and newly established), perfect for finding relaxation and escaping the mundane daily routine. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

A beautiful, especially very clean site, fairly empty in April and without personal supervision. The check-in system is well thought-out and works perfectly. It's a real shame to stay here for just one night; we really enjoyed this site. However, sensitive individuals may be disturbed by the sounds of the nearby highway.

We were in Nabburg for the first time, a very nice new campsite. We arrived late, but because of the 24/7 machine it wasn't a problem at all. Great that you can check in and out by yourself at any time. The owner is very nice. Outdoor pool right next door. A plus point is that the site is very dog-friendly.
