Very friendly and helpful reception. We left a day earlier than booked, and that day didn’t need to be paid for. However, upon our arrival at 12:45 PM, we had to pay a €5,00 surcharge. Despite the relatively large number of free pitches, a "preferred spot" incurs an additional charge of €12,00. Offers for city tours in Dresden, etc. - simply great. The price/quality ratio is very good. The pitches are large enough and clean. The sanitation facilities are just as good. Lake access: if you are just going to swim, it's okay, with water shoes. The ventilation of the small sanitation house is not good. Once finished with the shower, you could immediately start showering again.
